Bortelid in Åseral municipalty
Bortelid a tourist center with about 1300 holiday homes. A total of about 110 km of trail network. Bortelid has about 15 alpine seps. The height difference is about 250 m and the longest downhill course is about 1.5 km long. The alpine slopes are adapted for everyone with different levels of difficulty. NB. Farm cabin 155 in Aaseral municipalty
Small one bedroom farm cottage / barracks for rent by farms. The cabin has a sofa bed, bed 120 cm. and table with pair of stools. Simply decorated, but cozy. There is mains electricity, but no water. In the yard together with the cabin there is a bathing tub, lavvu and barrel sauna that can be rented. Sauna has a water tank that heats water and then you can wash yourself in the sauna. There is a simple kitchen with gas flares in the lavvo outside and drinking water is provided free of charge from the farm. Possible to borrow free rowing boat
