And we mention forest birds, roe deer, moose, etc. Do you want proximity to nature and quiet days and a scenic adventure trip with good about animals. This charming cabin just before Evje, and a few hundred meters from FV-9 at Evje. The cottage is secluded in the middle of a small wooded area, approx. 200m. to walk from parking. The cabin has a well-equipped kitchen with stove and fridge with small freezer. Sleeps 7 person divided into 2 bedrooms. In addition, there is a bed in the middle aisle between the bedrooms. We would like to mention separate small cubicle for 4 or 6 people for games and cuddles. Spacious living room with lounge, color tv. Wood-burning stove. I must warn that it can be difficult to leave the cabin after a few days holiday. Fresh trout or other fish from the river Otra. One of Norway's many good salmon rivers. Warm cuddle times in the barrel sauna provide ample opportunity to shed a few kilos...  The cabin has no running water, so drinking water must be brought, otherwise you can use water from Hodne kilen (Otra) which is approx. 75 m. from the cabin. Mains electricity. The TV app is connected to the canal digital family package. Dab radio. Can be used with brought equipment. E.g. playstation etc. DVD player etc. similar.
Otra is known as a very good fishing river. A 10 foot rowboat incl. in the rental price in summer. This can be found down by the beach shared by the users of these beautiful cabins. Which makes it idieelt for several families or groups to rent both together. Have even used these cabins as a base for group excursions in Setesdalen and Evje area. The cabin has electricity and a wood stove. It is a short distance to, Go cart path, Mineralparken about 800m. climbing forest, shops etc. in Evje. The cabin also has 2 bicycles that can be borrowed in summer. Welcome to a holiday trip in the middle of South Norway. And with ample access to various trips by car or on foot. From here you easily cover the area Arendal – Kristiansand – Mandal – Lindesnes lighthouse along the coast. And further inland into Setesdalen if desired. A day trip to Brokke - Suleskar is also possible. Here you can experience summer, rafting in Otra with Troll Activ or climb straight up steep mountain Setesdalsfjell.  In short, rent a week and experience most of it while staying in close contact with nature.
