The house is completely renovated and completed in 2021. Appears as a family-friendly holiday option. Suitable for up to 2 families of max 10 people. Located just west of Lillesand city center and within walking distance down to the city center on pedestrian and cycle paths. Short distance to several family-friendly bathing waters. This summer house would provide spacious space for 2 families traveling together on a trip. Parking for up to 3 cars.

To Kristiansand zoo it is approx. 15 minutes by car. And to Kristiansand city center approx. 25 minutes by car. And in Lillesand center and surrounding area there are several beautiful sandy beaches, a delight for the young.

The house contains the following solutions. Hallway, hall, 2 bedrooms. One with double bed (2 together) One with 2 single beds. Youth nook in the hall which is spacious.  Bathroom with tub and toilet and washing machine. Up in the 2nd floor. We enter the large spacious living room with lounge, chairs, dining table and open kitchen solution. The kitchen contains all the necessary equipment for self-catering. Bathroom with shower. 3 bedrooms. Two with 2 single beds. One with double bed (2 together). From the living room you go out onto the terrace which is west facing. Summer furniture.

Lillesand, Grimstad, Arendal and Evje are all within a short drive of the house and have a lot of attractive offers for active families. We wish you a warm welcome to Southern Norway.
