Electric car charging not allowed. Rowing boat incl. in the rental price, bring your own life jackets etc. Rural and scenic located between Lindesnes and Marnardal. The house in older style but significantly upgraded to modern comfort. Older in the sense of multiple rooms. Let me briefly describe the House. 2 living room, dining room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and WC on the 2nd floor. When we come in, it's first a spacious gag. From there into the main bathroom with shower and tub as well as wc.  From the hallway we either go into the living rooms or the kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for self-catering. Dishwasher. Stove. Coffee maker, kettle etc. The first living room has a lounge, 2 x 3 seats and a chair. The second living room has a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa as well as Stressless. The dining room has a table and chairs and access right from the kitchen.  Up in the second floor. We find 4 bedrooms. 3 with 2 beds. One with double bed and cot. Own wc. Down in the pedestal. We find laundry room plus extra bathroom with shower and wc. The area is rural, with access to many lakes. Here you can meet animals belonging to the Norwegian fauna and fix in the many waters. Good with paring on the property. The neighboring farm of the house is engaged in dairy farming. Several beautiful hiking areas and trails in the area. To Mandal town you spend about 30 minutes by car. To Lindesnes lighthouse you spend about 50 minutes by car.  It takes about 60 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo. To Evje Mineral Park you need about 55 minutes.    https://www.mineralparken.no

The neighboring house of the house is producing milk. Several beautiful hiking areas and trails in the area. For Mandal town you use approx. 30 minutes by car. To Lindesnes lighthouse you use approx. 50 minutes by car. For Kristiansand animal park you use approx. 60 minutes.
