At Bortelid you will find many different activities such as: mini golf, office rental, Frisbee, cycling, fishing, hiking. What more could one want? Welcome to a pleasant cabin holiday The cabin is nicely located in a quiet cabin field. Terrace on 2 sides. Plenty of space for parking or a playground for the children. Cabin contains: 1st floor: Spacious hallway, bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 bedroom with family bunk (120 downstairs), and 2 bedrooms with double bed, open kitchen/living room. The kitchen has most of what you need for cooking during your stay. fridge with freezer, coffee maker, dining table. The living room has a lounge, a flat screen and an efficient wood-burning stove that gives you quick warmth and coziness, an atmosphere for late cabin evenings. Exit to the terrace directly from the living room. Nice for morning coffee :-) Stairs up to the 2nd floor: Living room with lounge and 1 bedroom with a double bed and some extra mattresses. Total sleeping space for 9-10 people. Nice hiking trails right outside the cabin. From the cabin, it is approx. 2 km to the center of Bortelid, mini golf, canoe rental and sandy beach etc. It is nice to fish in the small waters at Bortelid. If you wish, you can take a roller ski ride on the slopes or take a hike. Possibilities are many. Centrally in Southern Norway, about 1.5-2 hours from Kristiansand, Arendal and Lyngdal, you will find the resort Bortelid in Åseral municipality. A snowy place in the vicinity of Setesdalsheien. Bortelid has one of Southern Norway's largest alpine resorts and approx. 110 km network of trails in winter. Bortelid attracts both alpinists, snowboarders and ski cross athletes and those who enjoy themselves best on the children's or family slopes.
